| Motion to table the proposal with the following recommendations: 1). Applicant to use a 6’ ornamental fence on southerly and eastern elevations. 2). Trees in landscaping bed to be rethought. A type of crab tree was mentioned to be used rather than a locust. 3). Applicant to restudy the soldier course, possibly add another ban of it atop the proposed ban. 4). Rendering to show updated light fixtures 5). Applicant is to restudy the awning/doorway on the side of the building. 6). Rendering to show downspouts/gutters 7). Applicant to study the use of bollards on the north elevation 8). Applicant is to provide a sample of the roof shingles for the building. 9). Final signage proposal should be presented at next committee hearing. | |
